Center Building (3000 Olympic Blvd.):

West Building (2900 Olympic Blvd.

The Center building was originally built in 1959 as a hanger for the Department of Defense and later McDonnell Douglas. It was first renovated in the late 1980s to cater to film and entertainment industry tenants. Courtyards were built into the center of each section of the building, adding a serene environment for the creative professionals who want an outdoor spot for meetings, lunch, or just a quiet moment away from their desks.

Lantana West was built in 2000 at the corner of Olympic & Stewart, and is anchored by Dick Clark Productions. The building was designed by the award-winning Gensler & Associates, in conjunction with Michael S. Smith Inc. and features a state-of-the-art screening room, which is managed by Dick Clark Productions and available to Lantana campus businesses.
