Center Building

The Center building is the core of the Lantana campus. Courtyards in the center of each section of the building add a serene environment for creative professionals at Lantana who want an outdoor spot for meetings, lunch, or just a quiet moment away from their desks.

A variety of Short-Term spaces are available in sizes ranging from approximately 150-400 square feet with flexible configurations to accommodate any need. Flexible term lengths from one month to one year are available.

Center Building 1
The newest office space available at Lantana is a soon-to-be constructed 8,000 square foot office suite in Center Building 1. The space includes rarely available private outdoor space and newly landscaped patios.

The private, direct-from-street entrance near the parking/valet entrance offers convenience getting to and from the office. This newly constructed plug-and-play space includes a conference room, private bathroom, and break room. It is available late 2016.

Center Building 5
Available in late 2016, Center Building 5 is a 33,500 contiguous square foot, column-free space with dramatic ceiling heights, access to light-filled courtyards, new private restrooms and showers, and rarely available signage opportunities facing Olympic Boulevard.

The newly re-constructed space features brand new building systems, including Title-24 compliant electrical and lighting control panels and new HVAC infrastructure. Reserved parking directly in front of the building entrance on Olympic Boulevard is also available.

West Building

Lantana West has two available built-out creative suites that are move-in ready and awaiting the next addition to Lantana’s thriving community of creative professionals. The two spaces are 4,400 square feet and 6,100 square feet respectively and are located in Lantana West at the corner of Olympic and Stewart.

Built in 2000, Lantana West is uniquely situated in the heart of the Santa Monica Media District, walking distance from Lantana’s hosted food trucks, and featuring easy access to DTLA and beyond via the new Metro stations at Expo/Bundy and at 26th St/Bergamot. The beautiful building designed by Gensler & Associates (the firm also responsible for the distinctive frame structure of 2000 Avenue of the Stars in Century City) in conjunction with interior design firm Michael S. Smith Inc. is home to Dick Clark Productions and features a state-of-the-art screening room managed by DCP, which is available to Lantana campus businesses.

South Building 1

Located in the South area of the campus, Building 1 (3003 Exposition Blvd) features a private garden, operable windows, a screening room, and is walking distance to the future Expo Line and Buffer Park, as well as the amenity base at Bergamot Station.

South Building 2

Lantana South Building 2 incorporates distinctive copper elements, multiple terraces and operable windows. Dual-glazed windows help reduce energy use while attenuating noise. Built in 2008, Lantana South, Building 2 is LEED-Gold certified and convenient to the future Expo Line and Buffer Park, as well as the amenity base at Bergamot Station.
